About the Role:
We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Transaction Coordinator who excels in fast-paced settings and brings structure and precision to every real estate file they manage. In this role, you’ll be the steady hand behind each transaction—making sure every detail is accounted for and nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of the transaction from contract to close
Send and respond to client emails within reasonable response times
Conduct thorough contract intake within 24 business hours of receipt
Open and manage transaction checklists
Schedule calendar events
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, agents, escrow officers, and lenders
Track important dates and ensure compliance is maintained
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with or willing to learn California Real Estate contract forms
Highly detail-oriented with strong organization skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with transaction platforms or quick to learn (zipForm, Skyslope, DocuSign, Dotloop, etc.)
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Must be available during Pacific Standard Time (PST) business hours
Compensation:
This is a contractor role paid per completed transaction. Compensation is based on a negotiable percentage split of our $475 per file fee.
